Administrative Executive

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
Skills Required:
  • Should have good communication skills
  • Should be able to a team
  • Should be a good negotiator
  • Should be flexible at work timings
  • Should have a good experience in handling general administration
Job Description:
  • Handling all the general administration work and housekeeping
  • Handling administration work for pan India level
  • Providing all the necessary facilities to the team (our office staff) & managing the office & facilities
  • Attending MRM on monthly basis for admin
  • Arranging all the admin assets for all the employees
  • Ensuring timely housekeeping and upkeep of office facility
  • Ensure timely procurement of good and services
  • Ensure education of all office staff on judicious usage of services and goods
  • Organize and arrange for special events including decoration of office
  • Ensure rate cuts in products and services wherever possible
  • Ensure minimal down time of office facilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors
  • Ensure estimation of services and goods required for the coming month
  • Supervise office boys
  • Support maintenance of notice boards
  • Ensure timely refill / service of fire extinguishers
  • Ensuing appropriate dry sand in sand buckets
  • Ensuring quarterly fire drills and maintenance of records
  • Maintenance and update of asset records
  • Maintaining the record for Sim / Data Card provided to the employees
  • Ensuring adequate stationery stocks
  • Ensuring hotel and travel bookings
  • Ensuring timely handover of SIMS / data cards as and when required
  • Arranging for gifts/flowers for visitors / guests
  • Ensuring uniforms are issued in time and adequate stock maintained
  • Ensuring timely printing of I-cards
  • Any other adhoc administration request
  • Maintaining DSR on daily Basis
  • Booking of train, bus & air tickets, hotel rooms (with corporate types) etc.
  • Visa Arrangement for Directors
  • Handling the petty cash & pantry
  • Maintaining cleanliness throughout the premises
