Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Process:
  • Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure timely recruitment of staff.
  • Prepare and put up advertisements for job vacancy in Naukri, Jobstreet, JobBank, etc.
  • Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.
Employment Process:
  • Prepare Letter of Offer for shortlisted candidate.
  • Inform and liaise with candidate to sign Letter of Offer and to provide necessary documents, Bank Account, qualification certificates, testimonials etc.
  • Arrange workplace, computer, office equipment/stationery, PPE.
  • Create the new worker/staff information in HR system.
Skills Required:
  • Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship management / PR skills.
  • Excellent command over written and spoken English & Hindi.
  • Ability to present innovative idea.
  • Strong networking abilities.
  • Positive attitude, determined approach.
  • Daily Attendance tracking and entries in MS-Excel and Payroll software.
Job Description:
  • Hands on experience of sourcing relevant profiles from Job Portals & Social Networking sites.
  • Daily Attendance tracking and entries in MS-Excel and Payroll software.
  • Monitoring all team members activities, defining progress path of every employees.
  • Write and Co-ordinate outside employment advertising, job postings, etc.
  • Salary / Compensation structuring for new joiners & existing employees.
  • Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process.
  • Experience of planning recruitment efforts and execution to meet deadlines.
  • Report to Management and provide decision support through HR Metrics Knowledge.
  • Independently manage and handle all-rounded office administrative tasks.
  • Should be result oriented, committed, proactive, flexible, quick learner with ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Strong problem solving, negotiation & influencing skills.
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR Department.
