Job brief:
  • We are looking for an Asst. Manager HR to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.
  • Asst. Manager HR responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.

Job Description:
  • Hands on experience of sourcing relevant profiles from Job Portals & Social Networking sites.
  • Daily Attendance tracking and entries in MS-Excel and Payroll software.
  • Monitoring all team members activities, defining progress path of every employees.
  • Write and Co-ordinate outside employment advertising, job postings, etc.
  • Salary / Compensation structuring for new joiners & existing employees.
  • Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process.
  • Experience of planning recruitment efforts and execution to meet deadlines.
  • Report to Management and provide decision support through HR Metrics Knowledge.
  • Independently manage and handle all-rounded office administrative tasks.
  • Should be result oriented, committed, proactive, flexible, quick learner with ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Strong problem solving, negotiation & influencing skills.
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR Department.
