Job Description:
- Responsible for developing, implementing, communicating and maintaining a quality plan
- Responsible to bring the company’s quality systems and policies into compliance with quality system requirements
- Responsible for interacting with all the departments & supervising for internal audits
- Responsible for monitoring branch performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
- Responsible for establishing standards of service for customers or clients
- Responsible for managing the company’s quality inspection for ISO / FIDI audit
- Responsible for identifying relevant quality-related training needs and forwarding it to HR for delivering training
