“I have always believed that PMR’s success has always been the women-force behind it. I do feel a strong sense of responsibility towards all of them ensuring that they keep learning, keep growing and keep raising the bar, and when they have their own little girls, they make them even more empowered.” – remarks Aakanksha Bhargava, CEO, PMR
8th March 2019—International Women’s Day- the day to recognize and honor the unblemished spirit of women, was celebrated with great pride, fervor and dignity at all the branches of PMR. The celebration brought wonderful surprises for all the female PMRians—with a special greeting by the company’s CEO, a beautiful present to drool upon, mouth-watering delicacies and much more. Because, they deserve every bit of it!
The organization has always been proud of its women employees and takes every step to empower them every day with equal growth opportunities and access to learning for all and sundry.
We, at PM Relocations (PMR) - a proud FIDI Affiliate; recently hosted our Annual India Meet (6th Feb- 8th Feb 2019)- an initiative taken by the Company’s Management to conduct Team Discussions aimed at reviewing organization’s policies, introducing innovative techniques, resolving problems and smoothening operations at all levels.
Furthermore, the Annual Awards Ceremony was also conducted to applaud the employees for their incredible achievements and significant contribution to the company’s growth in a particular year. This was later followed by ecstatic celebrations, encompassing soulful singing, rocking dance performances and humorous acts.
The entire PMR House sparkled in the glory of its rich legacy with every corner speaking volumes of the hard-work, undeterred commitment, learning and accomplishments that we witnessed during this long, endearing journey. It’s absolutely an inexplicable feeling to see the company grow year by year, setting new benchmarks of success and customer satisfaction in one of the most challenging businesses in the world.
