We marked Christmas at the office, where a well-organised party showcased our teamwork and shared goals, as everyone else did. As part of the Christmas events, there were also Secret Santa activities. Here, when employees in the office got together and put a little thought into their presents before handing them over (in strict confidence), no one was left out. Everyone cares for each other—the younger, the more elderly.

The event created a positive mood in offices. Employees were at the forefront of it all, sharing moments. At the same time, tensing up like so many rubber bands waiting to snap made way for excitement and enthusiasm. As gifts were exchanged, the sense of comradeship and mutual respect among team members was evident.
