Here is PMR’s moving checklist, outlining how our company works for its customers:

Pre-Move Planning
Our move coordinator meets you for a walkthrough of your home. We have a detailed discussion on the items that need to be moved, special requirements, and the estimated time taken to reach the final destination. A written estimate with itemized pricing is provided for your approval before booking the move

Packing Service
On the day of packing, our team arrives at your home with the required materials – boxes, tape, bubble wrap, etc. We wrap your items, pack them and label it as per the room under your instructions and guidance. We make sure to utilize the techniques to safeguard any delicate items during transit. Once the packing is complete, the boxes are loaded onto the trucks, ready to go

Transportation
Our trucks undergo regular maintenance checks to enable smooth transport on moving day. Customers receive real-time updates on vehicle movement status through phone/text messages. Efficient transit plans are charted out based on your pickup/drop-off locations earlier discussed.

Unloading & Setting Up
Upon arrival, all boxes and furnishings are unloaded and then unpacked by our movers per your new home's floor plan. Furniture pieces are reassembled wherever required. All utility/appliance connections are examined for proper setup before our team leaves.

Post-Service Follow Up
We call customers within 24 hours to address any post-move concerns and ensure a satisfactory experience. Our complimentary cleaning service tidies up any packing materials/debris left behind after unloading items.
